Description
The City of Palm Bay is seeking a contractor to refurbish two steel tanks and replace the clarifier walkway bridge at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The work will be divided into three phases and will include modifications to the facilities and associated process equipment. The contractor will be required to maintain all required documentation and submit all required documentation to the City. The contractor will also be required to protect all electrical and instrumentation equipment located within the construction area from any damage during the duration of the project.
• The work will include headworks modifications, steel ring tank modifications, and tank coatings.
• The contractor will be required to meet all Federal, State, County, and City safety and environmental requirements.
• The contractor will be required to have a trained competent person on site during any confined space entry work or work where fall protection is required.
• The engineer's estimate for the project is between $1M and $1.2 Million.
