HVAC Maintenance – City Municipal Complex

The City of Palm Bay is seeking a full-service HVAC maintenance contract for the City Municipal Complex. The contract includes maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, water treatment services, and other related tasks. The contractor will be paid upon completion of scheduled maintenance. The scope of work includes all labor, materials, vehicles, supervision, tools, refrigerant, oil, components, and other parts required to operate, maintain, correct any malfunction, and equipment to provide full HVAC maintenance and repair on all system components.
