Zoll RescueNet Billing Pro

The City of Tucson Fire Department has entered into a contract with ZOLL Data Systems, Inc. for the provision of RescueNet Billing Pro services. The contract has a term of 36 months and includes an initial one-time charge of $37,900.20 and monthly fees of $3,158.35. The contract also includes provisions for adjustments to fees based on the actual transport volume. The services provided under this contract include the use of RescueNet Billing Pro, which provides additional services in a consolidated window to view relevant PCR information, calculate mileage, discover insurance coverage, verify insurance eligibility, verify patient demographics, and assess a patient's likelihood to pay their bill. • The contract includes a provision for early termination, with a fee equal to the amount of the annual fees for the multi-year term minus the sum of monthly fees paid by the customer prior to the date of termination. • The contract also includes a provision for adjustments to fees based on the actual transport volume, with a credit issued if the actual transport volume is less than the estimated transport volume by more than 10%. • The contract is subject to the terms and conditions of the Master Products and Services Agreement (MPSA) between ZOLL Data Systems, Inc. and the City of Tucson Fire Department. • The contract includes provisions for the delivery of additional software licenses and road safety add-on components. • The contract requires the customer to return all products and parts to ZOLL at the customer's expense upon expiration of the multi-year term or earlier termination of the order.
