DCR 969 Boundary Research, Maintenance, and Demarcation

This contract establishes a rolling‑enrollment, multi‑year “blanket” agreement for up to fifteen (target) contractors to provide boundary research, maintenance, and demarcation services on DCR‑managed forest and park lands throughout Massachusetts. Contractors will locate property boundaries, perform field demarcation (blazing, painting, signage), deliver geospatial data in ESRI formats, and correct any mis‑placements free of charge within a one‑year warranty period. The award is a fee‑for‑service arrangement evaluated on a blend of price, supplier‑diversity plan, environmental practices, experience, and references.
