Description
The City of Vancouver has entered into a services agreement with Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage, Inc. for on-call commercial real estate support services. The services may include representing the City as a purchaser or seller, lessor or lessee of real estate, marketing, sales and leasing of City properties, and analysis and research for real estate transactions. The contract has a term of five years, commencing on June 17, 2024, and ending on June 16, 2029. The contract value is estimated to be $200,000. The key aspects of this contract include:
• The City may use local, state, or federal dollars for these services.
• The contract is for the convenience of the City and does not carry any guarantees as to an amount of work awarded.
• The Contractor shall provide all services and materials set forth in the scope of work identified in Exhibit "A".
• The City reserves the right to correct any invoices paid in error.
• The Contractor shall obtain and keep in force during the entire term of this agreement, liability insurance against any and all claims for damages to person or property.
