This contract provides a comprehensive electronic monitoring program for offenders under the Sedgwick County Department of Corrections. The awardee supplies GPS ankle bracelets, trans‑dermal alcohol monitoring devices, victim‑notification services, and a remote‑breath testing solution, together with 24/7 monitoring, installation, maintenance, data reporting, and in‑service training. The County will receive daily per‑device rates (approximately $5‑$5.50 per day) and retains all data generated by the system.
