Assessment of the Criminal Justice System Organizational and Operational Performance, Financial Review, and Review of the Law-Enforcement Contract City Rate

The County of Riverside is seeking a qualified consultant or team of consultants to perform a financial, organizational, and operational performance review of the Riverside County criminal justice system. The goal of this review is to assist the Board of Supervisors in developing its budgetary priorities and allocations. The selected vendor will be required to provide a comprehensive assessment of the criminal justice system, including a review of the law-enforcement contract city rates.
