Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) with Installation

The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County is seeking a vendor to provide an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system, including meters, infrastructure, labor, and necessary materials to deploy and integrate AMI with the District's Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP). The contract was awarded to Elster Solutions, LLC, a Honeywell company, for an amount approximating $5,089,090.00. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of AMI meters throughout the District's service area with a managed Meter Replacement Program. • The RFP was released on September 24, 2021, and the bid submission date was November 5, 2021. • The contract allows the District to evaluate proposals, rank and enter negotiations for a contract award. • The District's stakeholders and Project Management Consultant evaluated the proposals and recommended the award to Elster Solutions, LLC. • The contract includes the procurement of an Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI) including but not limited to meters, infrastructure, labor, and necessary materials to deploy and integrate AMI with the Districts Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP).
