HVAC MAINTENANCE - CITY MUNICIPAL COMPLES (REBID)

The City of Palm Bay is seeking a full-service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance contract for the City Municipal Complex. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to maintain and repair the HVAC systems. The contract will be paid on a quarterly basis, in arrears, for services performed. The scope of work includes maintenance and repair of chiller components, electrical, pumps, air filters, frequency drive variable speed motors, and other mechanical components. • The contractor will be responsible for water treatment services of the chill water loop system. • The contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to operate, maintain, correct any malfunction, and repair the HVAC systems. • The contract will be paid on a quarterly basis, in arrears, for services performed. • The City of Palm Bay reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. • The contract is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the RFP.
