CONSULTING SERVICES / PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMPUTER AIDED DISPATCH (CAD)/CAD MOBILE, RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (RMS), JAIL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (JIMS)

The County of Riverside is seeking a consultant to provide professional services to act as the Project Manager and facilitate the implementation of a new Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management System (RMS), and Jail Information Management Systems (JIMS). The consultant will be responsible for creating a scope of service, contract negotiations, and implementation of the new systems. The project aims to benefit Public Safety and the community. Key features of the project include: • The consultant must have knowledge and experience in contract negotiations and creating/writing scope of work for CAD/RMS/JIMS exclusive to California. • The project involves the implementation of a state-of-the-art CAD/RMS/JIMS system. • The consultant will work closely with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office (RSO) to ensure a successful implementation. • The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting, which was held on March 28, 2019. • The consultant must submit a proposal in response to the RFP, which includes providing professional services to act as the Project Manager and facilitate the implementation of the new CAD/RMS/JIMS.
