Description
This contract is for Construction Engineering & Inspections (CEI) Continuing Services, with a term of three years. The scope of work includes administration, monitoring, testing, inspection, certification, and closeout of assigned Capital Improvement Program (CIP) construction projects. The contract has a time and materials basis per the fee schedule on a per project basis, with payments to be made within twenty business days of receipt of the consultant's valid invoice. The contract also includes provisions for work changes, conformance with proposal, indemnification, and insurance requirements. Key services include coordination and meetings, review of contractor's pay estimates, review of shop drawings, and preparation of project progress reports.
