Continuing Contracts for Survey & Mapping Services

The City of Port St. Lucie has awarded a contract to Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd. for continuing contracts for survey and mapping services. The contract has a term of three years, with two optional one-year renewals. The contract is for a time and materials basis, with payments to be made on a per-project basis. The contractor will provide professional surveying and mapping services, including field survey work, office calculation and document preparation, meetings, utility and easement locates, topographic surveys, and other tasks. The contractor must have a professional degree in survey and/or mapping, be licensed in the State of Florida, and have at least five years of experience in the field. • The contract includes provisions for insurance, indemnification, and termination. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and codes. • The contractor must maintain accurate records and provide them to the City upon request. • The contract includes a non-discrimination clause and a severability clause. • The contract is non-exclusive, and the City may terminate it at any time with or without cause.
