Facility Condition Assessment

The City of Allentown is seeking a vendor to provide a facility condition assessment and analysis of its facilities, fixed assets, and miscellaneous structures. The assessment should include a review and update of the asset inventory, identification of current facility condition deficiencies, recommendations for corrections, and cost estimates for corrections. The city also seeks to understand the general condition of all buildings and major components, as well as the timing and cost of future building component major maintenance and replacement.
