Annual Bus & Bus Shelter Cleaning Services- North Tahoe Area

The County of Placer is requesting sealed bids for Annual Bus & Bus Shelter Cleaning Services in the North Tahoe/Truckee area. The work consists of cleaning 25 bus stops, 24 of which have passenger shelters and 1 does not. The successful bidder must possess a valid Business License issued by the State of California and any staff moving buses must possess a valid Class A (Commercial Driver’s License- CDL). The contract has a total bid value of $287,327.08, with Sierra Tahoe Ceiling and Striping being the lowest bidder. • The contract includes annual bus cleaning and bus shelter cleaning services. • The contract also includes call-out service fees. • The contract has a 5% Local Vendor Preference (LVP) for firms who file an LVP Affidavit with Procurement prior to the close of the bid. • The contract has a prompt pay discount for invoice terms of less than 10 days.
