Project Based Vouchers

The Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin is accepting proposals for up to 130 Project Based Vouchers (PBVs) for existing housing units to serve vulnerable families with lower income levels in San Joaquin County. The selected owners will provide housing under the PBV Program. The key aspects of this contract include: • The PBV Program is a component of the Housing Authority's Housing Choice Voucher Program • The Housing Authority will attach a Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) Contract to a unit in accordance with program regulations • The selected owners will provide existing housing units to serve vulnerable families • The contract is for a specific number of PBV units, with 14 units awarded to STAND - Casa de Oasis Apartments, 18 units to STAND - Sienna Terrace Apartments, and 33 units to Domus Development – Anchor Village
