RFI for Agenda and Meeting Management System

The County of Sacramento is requesting information on agenda and meeting management systems to determine the direction for their future agenda automation needs. The system should be able to facilitate agenda creation, management, administration, web access, and mobility access, as well as have optional capabilities. The County has reviewed submitted market information from various vendors and will notify them if they decide to pursue a future Request for Proposal (RFP) to implement a new Agenda/Meeting Management Solution. • The County is looking for a system that can automate meeting management processes • The system should be able to facilitate agenda creation, including routing and attachments • The system should be able to manage meetings, including attendee logging, recording, audio and video streams • The system should be able to administer security, workflow, and configurations • The system should have web access and mobility access capabilities • The system should have optional capabilities
