GOLF COURSE, LANDSCAPING AND UTILITY EQUIPMENT NO. II

This contract is for the furnishing and delivery of golf course, landscaping, and utility equipment for the County of Ocean. The contract was awarded to two vendors: Ocean County Equipment, Inc. DBA Ace Outdoor Power and Turf Equipment and Supply Company, Inc. The contract period is from February 7, 2024, to December 19, 2024. The contract includes items such as a 42" ride-on commercial lawn mower and a Pro Force debris blower. The vendors have extended their contracts to County Cooperative Contract System Participants. • The contract includes a price table with unit costs and total costs for each item. • The contract specifies the manufacturer and model of each item, as well as any equal or equivalent products. • The contract includes a warranty for each item, with a minimum of 2 years for most items. • The contract requires the vendors to submit vouchers for payment, which will be approved by the County Purchasing Agent. • The contract includes a provision for the County to extend the term of the contract pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-15.
