The Citadel awarded a dry‑cleaning and laundry services contract to Sandy’s Cleaners for a maximum value of $50,000. The agreement covers on‑call cleaning of cadet uniforms, civilian garments, and other items when The Citadel’s own equipment is unavailable. Service must be performed on an as‑needed basis with a two‑business‑day turnaround, and daily pick‑up and drop‑off must occur by noon at the campus dry‑cleaning office.
