Event Production Services

The University of North Florida is seeking event production services to assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of on-campus events. The contract was awarded to three vendors: Sight & Sound Productions, LLC, SportsMEDIA Technology (SMT), and AVL Productions. The term of the contract is for an initial period of three years, with an option to renew for an additional three years. The vendors will provide services including consultation, coordination, equipment rental, and staffing to produce successful events. • The contract includes a detailed scope of work, including pre-production, on-site production, and on-site crew services. • The vendors must have at least three years of relevant experience providing event services. • The contract includes a pricing sheet and an ancillary products and services list. • The University reserves the right to request updated equipment offerings to meet specific event requirements. • The contract includes a statement of intent to award, which becomes the official statement of award unless otherwise suspended or canceled.
