Fabrication & Installation of Custom Designed Donor Recognition Wall

The Laramie County Community College (LCCC) Foundation is seeking qualified contractors for the fabrication and installation of a custom-designed donor recognition wall, which will honor contributors to the Golden Eagle Athletic Scholarship. The scope of work includes the fabrication, delivery, and installation of all components associated with the donor wall. The final design includes wood veneer panels, wall sconces and LED strip lighting, built-in seating/bench, framed photo displays, and acrylic donor name panels. • The donor wall will be installed at the Recreation Athletic Center (RAC) at LCCC. • The wall will honor individuals and businesses who have donated $2,500 or more to the Golden Eagle Athletic Scholarship. • The project includes the fabrication, delivery, and installation of all components associated with the donor wall. • The final design includes wood veneer panels, wall sconces and LED strip lighting, built-in seating/bench, framed photo displays, and acrylic donor name panels. • The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and sign-in to be eligible to bid on the project.
