ON-CALL AIRPORT PLANNING SERVICES

The City of Sierra Vista has awarded a contract to Coffman Associates, Inc. for on-call airport planning services. The contract, valued at an estimated $100,000 to $1,000,000, will provide the City with access to a range of airport planning services, including environmental assessments, facility requirements determination, and airport noise studies. The contract term is three years, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods. Key services include: • Environmental Documentation • Wildlife Hazard Management • Airport Master Plans/ALPs • Part 150 Noise Compatibility Studies • Airport Zoning and Land Use Planning • Activity Forecasting • Airport Financial Analysis • Airport/Community Relations Programs • Program Management • Facility Planning • Grant Administration • Feasibility Management and Operations Evaluations • Airports GIS/ Aerial Photography • Terminal Planning The City reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause, upon giving thirty days' written notice.
