Professional Psychological Evaluations

The contract is for Professional Psychological Evaluations to be performed during calendar year 2024. The services will be provided by The Institute for Forensic Psychology and Shore Forensic Psychology, LLC. The contract amount is not to exceed $45,000.00, with funding available in Account Numbers 045-4035-6650 and 200-4035-6650 contingent upon adoption of the 2024 Temporary County Budget and 2024 County Budget. The scope of work includes providing professional psychological evaluations for Ocean County. • The contract is awarded as professional services in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5. • The services to be performed are specialized and qualitative in nature and require expertise, extensive training, and a proven reputation in this field of endeavor. • A notice of this action shall be published once as required by law. • A certified copy of this Resolution, together with a copy of the Professional Services Agreements executed by the parties, shall remain on file and be available for public inspection at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners during regular business hours.
