Families First Prevention Services Act Consultant

The San Mateo County Human Services Agency is seeking a consultant to facilitate prevention planning and implementation efforts for the Families First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA) and California Department of Social Services, Office of Child Abuse Prevention (OCAP) funds. The selected consultant will work closely with the Children and Family Services Lead Prevention Manager and integrate with the Children and Family Services Management Team and other system-level partners. The contract was awarded to Social Change Partners, LLC, based on their proposal, which received the highest score/ranking overall according to the evaluation criteria outlined in the RFP. • The consultant will help facilitate prevention planning and implementation efforts for FFPSA and OCAP funds. • The consultant will work closely with the Children and Family Services Lead Prevention Manager and integrate with the Children and Family Services Management Team and other system-level partners. • The contract was awarded based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the RFP, which included Organizational Capacity and Experience, Method and Approach, and Price.
