Simplex Fire Protection - Parts & Service Contract

This contract awards Simplex Fire Protection a two‑year, not‑to‑exceed $40,000 service agreement to provide parts, maintenance, and rapid response for Johnson Controls/Simplex fire‑protection systems across all Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works facilities. The vendor must be fully registered with the County’s Inspector General and Lawson e‑procurement system, possess the required insurance coverage, and meet a 24‑48‑hour service‑call response window. The agreement includes a pricing sheet for unit costs on smoke sensors, strobes, pull stations, heat detectors, analog sensors, duct sensors, as well as travel and labor rates.
