Roofing Services (WFL 2024-54PW)

This contract provides on‑call, as‑needed roofing services for the Wayne‑Finger Lakes BOCES school districts across Ontario, Seneca, Wayne, and Yates Counties. The prime contractor must supply all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and insurance, using NYS prevailing‑wage rates for roofing trades. Work includes new installations, routine repairs, emergency repairs, and scheduled modifications, with a one‑year warranty on workmanship and manufacturer warranties on materials. Fast response times are required: acknowledgement of emergency calls within 4 hours and on‑site arrival within 24 hours. Invoicing must include certified payroll and detailed labor hours; travel time is non‑billable. The agreement runs through 31 Dec 2027 with a possibility of four one‑year renewals.
