Supplemental Cleaning Services

This contract provides Radford University with comprehensive supplemental cleaning services for on‑campus and off‑campus housing, including carpet, resilient‑floor, wood‑floor, VCT tile, upholstery, water‑extraction, pressure‑washing, window washing, and specialty COVID‑19 and breezeway cleaning. The agreement is structured as an annual renewal; the fourth renewal (May 2025 – April 2026) is the final term. Pricing is expressed as unit rates (per square foot, per dwelling, per hour, etc.) with a CPI‑U adjustment applied each year. No total contract ceiling is disclosed; payments are made based on actual service volumes.
