Community CONTRACT---EXTENDED HANDS FOOD BANK

The Town of Fountain Hills has entered into a professional services agreement with Extended Hands Food Bank to provide social services to the town. The scope of work includes accepting requests and providing food to low-income applicants, providing an outlet for community service hours, and referring non-food assistance to low-income residents. The contract has a term of two years, from August 20, 2024, to June 30, 2026, and the Town shall pay the Consultant an aggregate amount not to exceed $24,200.
