DESIGN AND PRODUCTION OF ANNUAL REPORTS

This contract is for the design and production of annual reports for the John Wayne Airport. The contract is a firm-fixed fee contract, and the vendor is responsible for designing, developing, writing, and publishing the annual report, as well as creating collateral materials such as postcards and social media artwork. The contract has a term of three years, with the option to renew. The total contract amount is not to exceed $137,250. The annual report will be an interactive webpage, along with a PDF version, and will be published on the airport's website. The vendor will also be responsible for selecting and coordinating with a qualified print vendor and mail house to ensure that the final annual report transmittal piece is printed to the highest quality standards and distributed to the airport's mailing list.
