Year Three, Older Americans Act Title III Area Plan Contract 2024

This contract is for the provision of National Family Caregiver Support Program Services to the elderly of Ocean County. The contract is valued at $15,000.00 and will run from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. The services will be provided by HMH Hospitals Corporation - Southern Ocean Medical Center. Key aspects of the contract include: • The contract is contingent upon the availability of funds. • The County reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time during the contract term if funds are not appropriated. • The contract number must be placed on all papers, documents, invoices, and vouchers pertaining to the agreement. • The Director and Clerk of the Board are authorized to execute any necessary subsequent related documents. • A notice of this action shall be published once in the official newspaper of the County as required by law.
