Massage Therapist

This contract is for massage therapy services to be provided to City of Orlando employees. The services include chair and table massages, as well as other types of therapies such as sports/neuromuscular, myofascial release, relaxation, reflexology, and pregnancy massage. The contractor, Infusion Bodywork Inc., will provide a licensed massage therapist to perform the services, and will be responsible for scheduling and promoting the services. The City will provide a workspace for the contractor and will assist with promoting the services. The contract has a term of 12 months, with the option to renew annually. The contract value is estimated to be around $65 per session, with a total value of around $15,000 per year, assuming 4-5 sessions per week.
