23-0156 Landscape and Utility Vehicles, Trailers and Equipment (State COOP)

The State of Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) has awarded a contract to Arizona Machinery for the provision of landscape and utility vehicles, trailers, and equipment. The contract has a term of 3 years, with the option to renew for an additional 4 years. The contract includes a wide range of equipment, such as lawn and garden equipment, mowers, athletic field and turf equipment, sprayers, and utility vehicles. The contractor is required to provide on-site training to ensure proper use of the equipment and to provide manuals and documentation for the equipment. The contract also includes provisions for pricing, payment, and termination. The estimated usage under this contract is considerable, and the State reserves the right to increase or decrease actual quantities ordered as circumstances may require. Some key points to note include: • The contract is for the use of all State of Arizona departments, agencies, and boards, as well as eligible universities, political subdivisions, and nonprofit educational or public health institutions. • The contractor is required to provide a comprehensive selection of products at anticipated volumes available through manufacturer's current published price lists. • The contractor shall have local Arizona authorized service and repair facilities capable of servicing, repairing, and/or warranty work on any equipment sold to the State of Arizona. • The contractor shall provide general help and ordering assistance, including toll-free phone and web-based support. • The contractor shall have a return process in place to accommodate any defective or damaged product.
