PMAA, RMMC, Mancos SP - Park Main Office

The State of Colorado, Department of Natural Resources, Colorado Parks and Wildlife, is providing notice of a contractor's settlement for the Mancos SP - Park Main Office project. The settlement will be made with Kota Construction on March 18, 2026. The notice is for any person or entity with an unpaid claim against the project to file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim. • The project involves the construction of a park main office. • Claims must be filed with the authorized individual, Nathanael Bokelman, prior to the final settlement. • Failure to file a claim will relieve the State of Colorado from liability for such claim.
