Rock Screenings, Medium 3/8" max.

The County of Butte is seeking a supplier to provide rock screenings, medium 3/8” max, for the Chico and Oroville areas. The estimated quantities are 10,000 tons, and the unit price shall include the cost to load material onto the county's designated vehicles. The award will be based on the locations served by the supplier and the county's cost to haul the material. The contract will be a Blanket Purchase agreement, effective from the date of contract execution through December 31, 2014. The supplier must provide documentation that the product is approved by Caltrans. • The contract may be split to accommodate the requirement of serving multiple locations. • The supplier must provide order, inquiry, and 24-hour contact information. • The estimated quantities are for both the Chico and Oroville areas combined. • The rock screenings shall be 3/8” chip.
