Recruitment Process Outsourcing

This contract provides Radford University with on‑demand Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. Nile Consulting Group acts as the sole recruiter, handling job requisition intake, candidate sourcing, screening, credential verification, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding assistance for mid‑level and non‑academic positions across Virginia and nationally. The agreement is priced at a fixed hourly rate of $76 (including eVA fees) with a 3 % annual increase for each renewal. Billing occurs twice monthly (1st and 15th) on net‑30 terms, and the university may terminate after the first 12 months with 60 days written notice.
