This City of Spokane contract provides for the as‑needed refurbishment of municipal waste containers (refuse, recycling, and roll‑off boxes) over a five‑year period. The scope includes cleaning, sandblasting, repairs/welding, painting, decal application, and delivery/pick‑up, with the contractor required to maintain an inventory of replacement parts and respond within 24 hours for service requests. Pricing is submitted via a labor‑rate and material‑markup page, with rates fixed for the first contract year and a single markup percentage applied throughout the contract term.
