Custodial Services

The contract is for custodial services for Georgia Southwestern State University. The university is seeking a qualified vendor to provide custodial services campus-wide. The contract has a fixed contract amount of $695,543.44 and has four one-year options to renew. The vendor will be required to provide the GA standard insurance coverage and requested insurance certificates as defined in the attached file. The contract also requires the vendor to comply with the State's Standard Contract and to provide a completed Sales and Use Tax compliance form.
