Description
This solicitation seeks a Florida‑licensed HVAC contractor to perform a full diagnostic assessment, repairs, and related documentation for the U.S. Coast Guard Station Lake Worth Inlet. The work includes inspection of HVAC and cooling‑tower equipment, operational testing, corrective repairs, and delivery of a comprehensive report with budgetary estimates, all to be completed within a 14‑day performance window. The contract will be awarded on a 100 % Total Small Business Set‑Aside basis using a Firm‑Fixed‑Price (FFP) award and will be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable criteria.
