SNOW PLOW BLADES, GRADER BLADES, AND BOLTS

This contract is for the furnishing and delivery of snow plow blades, grader blades, and bolts for the County of Ocean. The contract was awarded to five vendors: Chemung Supply Corp., Winter Equipment Company, Inc., BMS Property Management, Inc., H.A. DeHart & Son, Inc., and Lacal Equipment, Inc. The contract period is from May 5, 2021, to May 4, 2022, with the option to extend. The vendors will provide various types of snow plow blades, grader blades, and bolts, including rubber snow plow blades, universal curb shoes, and moldboard shoes. • The contract includes a price schedule for each item, with unit prices and total prices listed. • The vendors will deliver the materials to the County of Ocean upon receipt of a purchase order. • The contract includes provisions for payment, with the County paying the vendors upon approval of vouchers submitted by the successful bidders. • The contract also includes provisions for extensions, with the County reserving the right to extend the term of the contract pursuant to N.J.S.A 40A:11-15.
