Towing Services

The City of Allentown is seeking towing services for vehicles damaged in accidents, abandoned, nuisance, and/or impounded vehicles, or snow emergency towing within the city. The contract requires a response time of within 30 minutes of the initial call and the release of police officers from the scene in a timely manner. The contractor will be responsible for providing towing and storage services, and the city will not be responsible for the collection or payment of any charge for services rendered. The contract is for a period of three years, with services valued at $288,000.00 for 2020, $289,200.00 for 2021, and $289,200.00 for 2022.
