JANITORIAL SERVICES

The City of Sebring is seeking a janitorial service company to clean up to 5 different facilities. The contract is for 1 year with the option for two 1-year extensions. The low bidder, Stockton Maintenance, was awarded the contract at $14.11 per hour plus cleaning supplies. The annual cost for all buildings would be $37,482.56. The services include cleaning the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Operations, Utilities Department, Police Department, and City Hall. • The contract includes a mandatory pre-bid conference where vendors can take their own measurements of the facilities. • The City will furnish their own paper products. • Criminal background checks will be done for each employee working on City property. • The City will be billed for services on a monthly basis. • The contract can be renewed for two additional one-year terms with mutual agreement.
