Supplemental Cleaning Services

This contract provides supplemental cleaning services for Radford University campuses and off‑site student housing. The vendor supplies all labor, equipment, and cleaning chemicals, delivering routine custodial duties, carpet extraction, floor stripping/refinishing, and optional specialty services such as upholstery cleaning and pressure washing. Pricing is based on unit rates (per bedroom, per square foot, and hourly labor rates) and remains unchanged across renewals. The agreement includes four possible one‑year extensions, of which two have been executed, extending service through April 30 2024.
