Consultant Services to Support E-rate Program

This contract provides comprehensive E‑Rate consulting services to Fauquier County Public Schools. The vendor will interpret federal FCC rules, manage the preparation and filing of USAC E‑Rate forms, advise on eligibility and fund‑utilization strategies, and act as an advocate for the school district throughout the application and post‑application phases. The agreement includes a fixed‑fee annual consulting component and an hourly rate for additional ad‑hoc work, with options for two successive two‑year renewals.
