Meter Data Test Tool (MDTT) Solution

The Snohomish County PUD is seeking a vendor to provide a software-as-a-service (SaaS) meter data test tool solution to support the testing of their advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) system. The solution must generate data continuously without intervention and support both California Meter Exchange Protocol (CMEP) and MultiSpeak protocols. The contract is scheduled to be awarded in January 2022. Key features of the contract include: • The solution must generate interval read and event data • The solution must interface with the meter data management system (MDMS) via secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) and MultiSpeak near real-time web service • The solution must be sized to generate 1,700,000 intervals and register every 15 minutes via CMEP and up to 10,000 alerts every 10 minutes • The contract is for a SaaS solution, with the vendor providing the software and support
