Lawn Maintenance

The School Board of Charlotte County, Florida has awarded a contract for lawn maintenance services to Polk's Tree and Lawn Service, LLC. The contract is for a period of one year, from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and services necessary to complete the lawn maintenance at four campuses. The contractor is required to provide a Certificate of Insurance and ensure that their staff possesses a current Jessica Lunsford/background badge. • The contract is for lawn maintenance services at four campuses: Charlotte Technical College, The Academy and Murdock County Office, Vineland Elementary and West County Transportation, L.A. Ainger Middle and Myakka River Elementary. • The contractor is required to provide a Certificate of Insurance stating the School Board of Charlotte County, Florida as certificate holder. • The contractor's staff must possess a current Jessica Lunsford/background badge to work on school property. • The contract period is from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. • The contractor is required to review General Conditions, Section 3, Jessica Lunsford Act.
