Design-Build Services - Casper Regional Office HVAC Upgrade - Wyoming Game & Fish Department

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Game & Fish Department, issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Design-Build Services for the Casper Regional Office HVAC Upgrade project. The project involves the design and planning for a phased upgrade of the existing HVAC system. The contract was awarded to Powder River Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. • The project is located at the Casper Regional Office in Casper, WY. • The upgrade will utilize 5 Ton (approximate) rooftop units and existing ductwork to replace the centralized chiller, fans, radiant heat panels, and variable air volume units. • The first phase of the upgrade will consist of one section of the building being upgraded, with the existing system adjusted to continue serving the remainder of the building until other phases can be completed. • A mandatory pre-proposal conference was conducted on August 23, 2024, at the Casper Regional Office. • The contract award was announced on October 11, 2024, with the intent to award the contract to Powder River Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.
