C-101466 RFP 35-23 Intranet Upgrade and Redesign

The City of Vancouver has entered into an agreement with AgreeYa Solutions, Inc. to upgrade and redesign its intranet. The scope of work includes migrating the City's SharePoint 2013 site to SharePoint Online, developing a new intranet, and recreating one simple InfoPath form and one simple Nintex workflow. The contract has a term of three years, with an option to extend for an additional two years. The total project cost is $89,895, which includes the cost of a ShareGate license. The City will pay invoices within 30 days of receipt. • The project will be completed in 12 weeks, excluding the redevelopment of all additional forms and workflows. • The City will assign a Single Point of Contact to facilitate project discussions and provide deliverable signoffs. • AgreeYa will provide level 2 and level 3 support for any technical issues following go-live. • The City will provide access and permission to AgreeYa in a timely manner. • The project will be executed on a Time & Material basis at the hourly rates provided in the Rate Card.
