This contract is for a term contract for janitorial services for various downtown sites in Juneau, Alaska. The contract includes services for the Juneau Visitor’s Center, Port Customs Office, Overstreet Park Public Restrooms, Juneau/Douglas City Museum, Thane Warehouse Restrooms, Ballot Processing Center, and Warming Shelter Area. The contractor will be expected to commence all work on July 1, 2024, after successful award. The contract has a total bid of $75,095.00 and is awarded to C&C Custodial Services, Inc. • The contract is for a term of 12 months for some facilities and 3-7 months for others. • The contractor must provide professional janitorial services as specified in Exhibit A - Cleaning Specifications by Facility. • The contractor must acknowledge Attachment A (General Terms and Conditions) and Attachment B (Insurance Requirements). • The contractor must complete all line item pricing and upload the required documents. • The contract has a protest period of 10 days after the posting of the notice of the successful bidder.
