The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking a vendor to manage and operate the pro shop services, driving range, cart fleet, restaurant, and bar at the Dairy Creek Golf Course. The contract is for 5 years with a possible 4-year extension. The estimated gross revenue for the Dairy Creek Club House Concession is:
• Pro Shop Operations: $90,000 to $100,000
• Driving Range: $130,000 to $142,000
• Golf Cart Operations: $370,000 to $385,000
• Restaurant Operations: $260,000 to $265,000
The successful proposer will be offered a contract with a possible extension.
