The City of Worcester is procuring a complete audio‑visual upgrade for two training rooms (Seminar Room and Squad Room) at the Worcester Police Department headquarters. The scope encompasses furnishing, delivering, and installing a set of large‑format TVs, Logitech Rally Bar video‑conferencing systems, Logitech Tap IP control panels, ceiling‑mounted speakers, microphones, presenter wireless mic, and ceiling‑mounted cameras, with an optional alternate that enables the Seminar Room to project to the Squad Room. All equipment must be provided as a firm, FOB‑destination price with a one‑year warranty, and the contractor must meet extensive insurance, OSHA safety, background‑check, and equal‑opportunity requirements. Delivery and full installation are required within 60 days of a purchase order, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder—ultimately CATV Solutions, LLC. • Provides full AV and video‑conferencing solution for two police‑department training spaces. • Requires integration of Logitech Rally Bar & Tap IP, but external speakers/mics are not supported without Logitech‑approved work‑arounds. • Contractor must carry $1M/$2M general liability, automobile liability, and workers’ compensation coverage, and supply a one‑year warranty on all hardware and workmanship.
