Utility Bill Printing and Mailing Services

The contract is for utility bill printing and mailing services for the City of Sierra Vista. The contractor, Information Outsource, will provide the services as described in the Request for Proposal # 2021-004 and the contractor's response to the RFP. The contract term is three years with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods. The contract includes provisions for termination, payment, and insurance. • The contractor will provide print, fold, insert bill, and mail services for regular and delinquency utility billings. • The contractor will provide envelope with fully glued flap, City logo and return address, and additional language "UTILITY BILL ENCLOSED". • The contractor will provide postage costs. • The contractor will provide output file for City's use/import fees. • The contractor will provide maintenance fees and web management interface fees. • The contractor will provide additional insertions, such as vendor-provided inserts. • The contractor will provide programming time beyond initial set up and insertion fees for static and selective inserts.
